Cancellation and Rescheduling:

  • Notice Period: We appreciate a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to allow us to accommodate other clients.

  • Late Cancellation/No-Show: A fee may be charged for appointments canceled or rescheduled within less than 24 hours or for no-shows.

Shipping Policy

We offer registered post shipping within Melbourne, with delivery typically taking under 90 minutes for less than 60 km distance before 3 pm during weekdays if you choose Bearer as your courier service. If you have chosen any other delivery service such as Australia Post, shipping within Australia, with delivery typically taking 1 – 3 business days from the date of dispatch is our promos.
